TUPELO, MS · OUR ROOM, YOUR DAY
Why Tupelo couples choose The Stables of Harp Farm.
Tupelo nonprofits and corporate teams have been driving past the hotel ballrooms looking for something with character. The Stables of Harp Farm gives Lee County's organizers a 6,000 square foot barn on a 300-acre farm where the silent auction does not feel like a conference center and the live auction has actual room to breathe.
Round-table seating for 250, theater-style for 300, with a built-in stage area, sound hookup for an auctioneer, and an outdoor pad for the boat or truck the headline raffle item is sitting on. The parking lot holds 150 vehicles, and the overflow field handles trailers without anybody arguing over a curb.
Tupelo Rotary, hospital foundations, Ducks Unlimited chapters, school proms, and small-business holiday parties have all used the same flexible footprint. One event per weekend, run by Buck and Susan, with no double-booked vendors stepping on your load-in.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
Questions from Tupelo families.
Can we hold a multi-day retreat with overnight stays?
The cottage sleeps four. For larger groups, most Tupelo planners book a block of rooms in Tupelo or Fulton and shuttle to the farm. We can hold the property exclusively for your group across consecutive days.
How many guests can the venue hold?
The Stables seats roughly 250 guests at round tables for a plated dinner, or up to 300 theater-style for a ceremony or program. The cottage handles intimate gatherings of 20 to 40, and the outdoor chapel seats 150 on pews.
What is included in the rental?
Every booking includes tables, white linens, chiffon-covered chairs, the pews at the chapel, the in-house sound system, and the handmade Amish carriage that doubles as a getaway car or a photo set piece. You bring the caterer; we hand you a list of locals who already know the kitchen.
How do we book a tour?
