TUPELO, MS · OUR ROOM, YOUR DAY
Why Tupelo couples choose The Stables of Harp Farm.
Tupelo couples who want the barn-wedding photographs without paying city-venue prices keep finding their way out to Smithville. The Stables of Harp Farm sits on a 300-acre family farm thirty-five minutes east of Tupelo, just off Highway 78 and a short turn south through Mantachie and Fulton.
The room is a rebuilt 1980s riding barn, climate-controlled and clean, with seven semi-private dining stables that break the 6,000 square feet into the kind of intimate room a Tupelo ballroom cannot fake. White linens, chiffon-covered chairs, and an Amish carriage are included, not add-ons.
For couples who got married in Tupelo and want the reception in the country, or who want the whole day on one property with the outdoor chapel and bridal cottage on site, this is the room your search has been looking for. Buck and Susan run one wedding per weekend, and the tour is on their schedule, not a corporate calendar.
